Terms of Service

The service

CiteBliss checks whether a domain is cited in AI search results (Google AI Overviews, and later ChatGPT and Perplexity) for the keywords and prompts you choose to track, and shows who is cited instead. Results come from third-party providers and AI answers vary between runs, so we cannot guarantee that a result is complete or accurate.

Operator

CiteBliss is a product of Abundance Bay, a sole proprietorship based in California, United States.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for activity in your account and workspace.
• The service is for business and professional use by people who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account you confirm that you are.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break tenant isolation, access other customers' data, overload the service, or scrape it.
• Only track domains, keywords and prompts you are entitled to track.
• Do not use the service to break the law or the rules of the underlying AI search providers.

Plans, billing and refunds

CiteBliss offers a free tier and paid plans. Plan limits (such as the number of tracked targets) apply to your workspace. Payments are processed by Stripe once billing is available.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then.

If you are not satisfied, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. After that, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

We will give you at least 30 days' notice, by email, before a price change applies to your plan. Prices exclude taxes; where required, taxes are added at checkout.

Your data

You keep ownership of the domains, keywords and prompts you add. You give us permission to process them to run the service. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

When you delete your account we delete your workspace data (tracked targets, check results and related records) within 30 days; copies in backups are overwritten on the normal backup cycle. We do not currently offer a data export.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, including the free tier. We provide the service as available and do not commit to a specific uptime. Support is by email at support@citebliss.com, on a best-effort basis.

If we make a material change to these terms we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access immediately if you seriously break these terms. We may also end the service for you for any other reason with 30 days' notice; if you are on a paid plan, we will refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

After your account ends we delete your data as described under "Your data".

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. AI search results change between runs and between users, and the providers we query are outside our control, so results may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Do not rely on them as your only basis for business decisions.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose and US$100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, United States, and you and we consent to those courts.
